What is Lastpack?

Lastpack is a digital collectible-card platform where every card in your Stash is backed 1:1 by a real physical trading card, from raw singles to graded slabs, held in secure custody. It bridges physical and digital collecting so you can rip packs online, collect cards digitally, sell eligible cards back, or ship the physical cards home when you want them.

What is a pack?

A pack is a digital card-opening experience built from a real pool of physical trading cards held by Lastpack. Each pack has its own theme, price, possible pulls, odds, and value range. When you open one, you receive one card from that pack's live inventory into your Stash.

How do packs work?

Before you rip, the pack page shows the current item pool, price, rarity ranges, displayed odds, min and max value, sell-back rate, top grails, and recent live pulls. After you rip, Lastpack assigns the result to your account so you can keep it, sell it back, verify the pull, or ship it home.

Can I see what is inside a pack before I rip?

Yes. Pack pages show the price, sell-back rate, min and max value, contents by rarity, top grails, and live pulls before you rip.

Are results guaranteed?

No. Results are random, odds can change with live inventory, and a pull may be worth less than the pack price. No specific card, value, rarity, or return is guaranteed.

How do I know a pull was fair?

Each paid pull has a verification flow. Lastpack locks the seed and client inputs before the result, then lets you verify the math after the pull.

What happens after I pull a card?

After a reveal, you can keep the card in your Stash, sell it back, or verify the pull. From Stash, you can select cards to sell or ship.

What is my Stash?

Stash is where your held cards live. It shows your held cards, fair-market values, filters, selection tools, and return countdowns.

Can users sell cards directly to each other?

Lastpack does not currently support peer-to-peer marketplace transactions. Any store or marketplace listings that are available are admin-curated from Lastpack-controlled inventory; users cannot list cards for sale to other users.

Peer-to-peer marketplace features may be considered later, but they are out of scope for the current launch.

How does sellback work?

Held cards can be sold back for the shown buyback amount. Current user-initiated sellback is 100% of fair market value, credited to your Lastpack balance.

Account & balance

What is the difference between balance and withdrawable balance?

Account balance can include spendable credits. Withdrawable balance is narrower: only backed or cashable funds can be withdrawn on-chain. Bonus or promotional credit may be spendable in-app without being withdrawable.

How do I add funds?

You can add funds through enabled provider tiles such as Stripe, Swapped, crypto exchange, any-chain deposit flows, or direct USDC on Solana. Some methods may show as coming soon depending on current configuration.

How do withdrawals work?

Withdrawals are USDC to a Solana address. The minimum withdrawal is $10, and withdrawals may be reviewed or queued before completion.

Why can't I access deposits, packs, or withdrawals yet?

During private beta, you may need an invite code to unlock deposits, packs, and withdrawals. Some locations are also restricted for regulatory reasons.

Shipping

From our packs to your doorstep.

Every card you pull on Lastpack is ready to ship. If you hit something you want to keep, we'll send it out to you within the 5 business-day window. Your cards arrive sleeved, boxed, signature-required, tracked, and insured.

How shipping works

When you pull a card on Lastpack, you have a short window to decide whether to ship it or sell it back. Anything you choose to ship is packed by hand and sent with signature-required delivery and tracking.

1. Open & pull

Rip packs on Lastpack. Every card you hit, raw singles and graded slabs alike, lands in your account.

2. 7 days to decide

Cards are held for 7 days. During that time, you can choose to ship cards you want to keep or sell them back to Lastpack at the listed buyback value.

3. Request ship-out

Select the cards or slabs you want shipped, confirm your shipping address, and check out. Shipping is charged per card or slab shipped.

4. We pack it

Each item is sleeved or protected by hand. Raw cards go into rigid toploaders and protective boxes. Graded slabs go into VaultX sleeves and sturdy boxes.

5. It ships, signed-for

We print the USPS label and hand the package to the carrier. Every package ships signature-required with full tracking.

6. Track to your door

You get tracking once the label is created or scanned. Signature delivery helps make sure your package is not left unattended.

How long do I have to ship my cards?

Every card you pull is held for 7 days. During that window, you can choose which cards or slabs to ship and complete checkout. Anything not shipped by the end of day 7 is automatically sold back to Lastpack at the listed buyback value, and the credit returns to your account.

  • 7-day hold

  • Ship or sell back

  • Auto-sold on day 7

  • Buyback credit returns to your account

How are cards protected during shipping?

Packaging is matched to what is inside your shipment and is included in the per-item shipping fee. You do not need to choose packaging yourself. We pack based on the card type and the value being shipped.

  • Raw singles: sleeved, placed in a rigid toploader, and packed into a protective shipping box.

  • Graded slabs: placed in a VaultX sleeve and packed into a sturdy shipping box.

The goal is simple: every shipment should be protected appropriately for the cards inside.

How is my shipping cost calculated?

Every domestic shipment uses USPS or UPS for shipping with signature confirmation. Shipping rates are calculated through the USPS and UPS API from your delivery location, so you see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you confirm.

International shipments use FedEx or DHL Express, and rates are calculated at no extra charge and shown in full at checkout before you pay.

Are my cards insured?

Yes. Every shipment is insured. Declared value under $100 is covered free. At $100 and over, insurance is 1% of your shipment's declared value, added at checkout.

When will I get tracking?

You receive an email and in-app update with the tracking link as soon as the label is created or scanned by USPS. Your package is tracked from our facility to your delivery address.

Do I need to sign for the package?

Yes. Every Lastpack package requires a signature, whether it is a single card or a full box. If no one is available, the carrier will usually hold the package for safe pickup or attempt redelivery.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

If tracking stalls or your package appears lost, email [email protected] with your order number. Lastpack will work with the carrier, file the claim when needed, and make it right up to the insured value.

For damage, photograph the package and cards before unpacking everything fully, then email us within 7 days of delivery. Covered damage is handled up to the declared value of the shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to select countries through tracked international services. Rates are calculated by destination and weight at checkout and shown before you pay.

Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Where do shipments come from?

Lastpack shipments currently ship from California.
